Alisa M. Johnson, CPA Partner

Alisa is a North Carolina CPA with over 20 years of experience in public accounting and ten years in private industry. She is currently a Partner with the firm.

She is a graduate of University of North Carolina at Charlotte with a BS degree in Accounting.

Alisa’s areas of practice include: business development and consulting for privately owned businesses, tax and estate planning, financial planning, construction and professional services, real estate development, business valuations, mergers and acquisitions, quickbooks consulting and IRS representation.

She is a member of both the AICPA and NCACPA. She is licensed as a Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and holds a North and South Carolina Insurance license. Alisa and her husband, Harold, have 2 daughters Anna and Victoria. She is a member of Venture Church in Dallas, NC.
